   Absolutely love The Ferry – hands down the best pub in Cawood and the surrounding areas. Every visit is a pleasure thanks to the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff who always make you feel right at home. It’s the kind of place where locals and visitors alike can relax, unwind, and enjoy the charm of a traditional pub. They have food trucks, and one of the standout highlights for us is Latin Fusion. Their dishes are packed with flavour and always freshly prepared – a perfect match for the quality drinks on offer at The Ferry. The combination of great food, a laid-back setting, and genuinely lovely people makes this spot a true gem in the village.    We was in Cawood in our motorhome for the weekend and popped into the village it was the first pub we came to, the staff were really friendly, they had a good range of beers and very reasonably priced too, for a Saturday afternoon it was quite busy with the locals and there was a nice atmosphere will be back soon.
