   I have purchased for the first time a suit from without prejudice in their Westfield Shepherd’s Bush store and paid over £450 plus £75 for tailoring 8months ago. After wearing the suit 3 times I realised (when I was abroad on a business trip) that the stitches on the shoulder became loose and you could clearly see a 5cm hole due to the poor quality of the stitching/ fabric. When I went back to the shop the floor manager (Seddiq) refused it to be a quality issue and blamed my body size to be the issue even seeing that this suits was tailored and measured by him and still fits perfectly on my body. Afterwards, he mentioned that the problem was quiet normal. I insisted for a replacement or a return of my money which was declined by the floor manager. He suggested to fix this issue by sending this suit to a tailor that did the initial tailoring for me but he forced me to pay the fees in full. Since I needed my suit I have paid for the fees. Then I have contacted the customer service to make a complain but this wasn’t really helpful as the complain manager (Tom) suggested to buy another suit since its Black Friday and they will take the 15£ fees of the purchase - what a cowboy!!! - I think the quality of their suits and customer service is very poor and overpriced nearly same price as Boss suits! Please think twice before you buy a suit from this brand and spend such price for a poor quality suits. It happen to me which wasn’t a great experience overall and this can happen to you as well and you can see clearly that they are after your money not your satisfaction as a customer which is a real shame. I’m going now to pick up my suit from Seddiq and will never turn back to them as they’re are a rip off.
