So I finally decided to take the trip into London and go to Rivet & Hide in person, and I'm so glad I did. I was returning the 3rd pair I'd exchanged through their website and Adam in the London shop was amazing. He put me at ease and helped by chatting with me about what I was looking for and getting several different pairs of jeans for me to try. I can't fault the service these guys have given me from the first pair I purchased online to the in person service Adam gave in the London shop.
