   Went in a couple weeks back to pick up some new shoes. I had never had my own pair of doc martens and was unsure what excactly I wanted. However, the amazing staff helped me through every step of the way. Daniella helped me find a size and style that fit. She was patient with picky preferences and really just wanted me to feel good about the shoes I was getting. I walked out of that store with an amazing pair of shoes and a smile on my face. The team here is amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a tailored shoe shopping experience. Hope to be here again soon!

   Me & my daughter have just visited this Liverpool store and I just want to say what a great experience it was. Kirsty served us both and she was absolutely lovely she was so friendly and helpful and made our shopping experience a nice one.    We visited this store today and Emma was absolutely lovely, couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, two of us came up from Derby with a friend over from the Netherlands, so it was so nice for her to have such a good experience and atmosphere with such a helpful person. Emma is absolutely smashing it for saying it’s only the first week of work there, keep it up!

   Daniel today was amazing. Went in today for advice as in struggling to break in my docs, couldn’t of been anymore helpful and advised things I hadn’t tried (which wasn’t much) spent a good 20 minutes with me and left super happy with new boots on my list for next purchase xx thanks again

   Very nice atmosphere here, you are greeted bye a lovely customer service, smiley faces and a great choice of products. If you like the brand, definitely head to this store because they usually have the most recent boots and shoes available on the market.

   I bought a pair of Dr Martens. The store assistant was very helpful, bought out different sizes, gave suggestions, advice and was very patient. I don't remember his name, so I am unable to properly give the credit where it's due. Unfortunately with DMs quality in shoes decreasing in past years, this review may change to reflect on them. I will follow all the advice on how to keep the shoes from cracking and treat them well. But if they do break within a short time, I will treat them like I would any other product that doesn't last, and review it accordingly after. The review on the assistant will remain possitive either way.
