Please update your closing hours. Store locked doors at 19:43 today (Saturday) and employee refused access with a nudge. Quite upsetting given it's busiest time of the year

Good store with lots of choice and courteous staff. They often run sales, so it's always great to check-in every so often for a deal.
TL;DR Bad customer service, with no refund policy - I don't recommend shopping there unless you are absolutely sure that the item is a good fit for you. About a week ago I purchased 3 sweaters for almost £200 - before paying I asked the seller what is the return policy, she said that I can return it until the end of January (otherwise, I wouldn't have purchased it). Today I came to return the items as unfortunately after trying the items at home I figured they are not a good for me - the stuff in the shop told me that they have no refund policy, although the previous seller did say that they have. They said that it's written on the receipt (which isn't useful as you get the receipt after the purchase) and that it's written on a sign next to the cashier (which is extremely tiny and hidden). I wouldn't have purchased these items if I knew that it's not possible to return them. The store refuses to take responsibility of the misleading information that that previous seller provided me. They asked me to call tomorrow in order to speak with their manager (Morad) and if he approves a refund, I'll need to drive their again in order to get it. If he doesn't approve the refund then I'm stuck with 3 unwanted items. Update: after talking with their manager they eventually refunded me, but the process was tedious overall.

I had the best experience and customer service at Gant Outlet at O2 Icon on 18 December 2022. Laura was extremely helpful and really went out of her way to help. Morad was also very helpful when I asked for a spare box as my local post office had ran out of big boxes. I will definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you Laura & Morad!

went in to look around, started to cough, nice assistant asked me if I wanted a drink of water, wich did the trick, ended up buying a coat, really helpful staff
A great outlet it may be but certainly not a great bargains. The store is far too small to store great variety. Therefore, the choice is limited.
