    Just eaten at Miners Arms with the husband. Ordered steak and ale pie, hubby got a full monty breakfast. Both meals were lovely, reasonably priced and the staff are really nice 5 *. Would recommend.

    Room was clean,bed cheap and nasty, no support atall. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately loud music all evening in the bar below, and beer garden below my window. Next time will definitely spend the extra £20 and get a Premier Inn.

    We stayed here for 2 nights over the August Bank holiday weekend. We had breakfast included. The staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient stay for us visiting family. The music ended around 11.30pm, so if your looking for an early night's sleep this isn't the place for you. The rooms could do with a refurb, the beds were old and not so comfy. It was cold in the room, and hardly any hot water from the taps.

    NOTE: I did not stay here. I visited for a drink while waiting for a train. Choice of 2 real ales. The staff were really friendly and I enjoyed my visit to a calm, relaxed pub. Last time I visited this pub was over 25 years ago. It has changed, but for the better!

    Great place for a pint and some food. Food are prices very reasonable. Got a good sized kids play area out back. With a pool table, dart board etc. inside. Decent amount of TVs to watch sports on.

    Get what you paid for, rooms are not the best but are comfortable. Staff are great and lovely just wish they had more option for vegans. As for location, with the train station around the corner leeds is only 5/10mins away and if you needs a taxi back its only £18
