    I was recommended JS Prestige to look after my Mercedes. Had my first experience with them yesterday for annual service and MoT. I am very impressed by their process which was very courteous and efficient. When I collected my car I was given a full briefing of the work completed, by Nathan, together with items that will require attention next time. This was complemented by a very comprehensive written pack with a detailed cost breakdown and what oils and parts were used. This will be very useful for any interim maintenance such as topping up the oil if required. And the cost was very reasonable. Needless to say, JS Prestige will be my garage of choice going forward. I have already booked my wife’s Mini in for later in the year. Well done and thankyou Nathan and your team.

    Jeff and the team had my Jaguar F-Type in for service. On collection, Jeff walked me through the service and the items that had been flagged up by the technician. To say I was impressed was an understatement. Such a comprehensive service, attention to detail and helpful advice, plus great value for money. I thoroughly recommend JS Prestige in Tamworth. If you love your car, get it to Jeff and you won’t be disappointed.

    Dodgy dealership. With overpriced Cars. And Fake MOTs. Bought a Mercedes C class 6 months ago. 1 week after purchase had tire pressure issues so took the car to Mercedes who found that all four wheels were buckled and cracked, as well as some tires being non-road legal. Immediately contacted the owner of Prestige who suggested I was at fault for the damage, which was not possible or that Mercedes was lying. So took the car to two other local tyre shops that confirmed the issue. Furthermore, all all 3 shops felt that the MOT not showing any advisories or faults was suspicious and likely to a forged MOT as the car should have failed MOT. Prestige were completely unhelpful only suggesting to send new tires - not replace the alloys. A few months later the car started having many electrical faults, eventually my gear box went also, with the car refusing to go into gear. Was forced to sell the car at a £7000 loss. Avoid this dealership and shop elsewhere.

    Always very busy which is a good sign. Checked my car over and tested for the intermittent fault I have with my 208 gti, and couldn't resolve it so no charge. Very knowledgeable. And promised to look at it again if I have more trouble. Very good.

    BMW 325d MPerformance Repair- Best garage I have used since I have started driving. After struggling to get my car in anywhere after telling other garages the fault, JS prestige happily took on the work, organised from the start and clear communication of what was happening with my car all the way throughout, persisting on getting the errors sorted. Clarifying all the work before it was taken out too. All the staff very enthusiastic and explained everything going on with my car. Bonnet Cable Replaced, Full seat belt unit replacement, new Turbo Charger, all new bulbs for what had blown, oil filter and oil change for good measure. all Engine Management light faults now gone. In the short time I have had the car, it’s the best it has drove. Feels like a brand new car, great price too. Definitely using for all future work. Honest, organised and professional.
