Picked up on time. Driver was very polite and friendly, but professional. I was kept upto date but text on the repairs and even got a phone call before they proceed with repairs. The car was done within 4 days. We collected the car because it was convenient for us. Collection was swift and professional. The car repairs looked great. It was cleaned in and out. Great job
Female receptionist is unwelcoming and condescending when communicating over the telephone and in person, it actually took me aback. Worst of all I don't think she's aware of it, not at all professional when speaking with other professionals, especially Infront of others, Scruffy appearance along with outwardly negative and poor attitude. Terrible. Considering we are regular Steer customers and this was our first time visiting this branch, we travelled 40 minutes to come here, it's a real shame as the rest of the staff in the back are highly professional and lovely. Steer, please consider who you have at the forefront of your company as having poor first line of contact with customers is off putting for prospective customers and bad for brand reputation.
Absolutely brilliant firm. From start to finish the service we had was fantastic. Thank you to all the managers and staff for the way you looked after us. We even had our repaired car delivered back to us and the courtesy car picked up earlier than expected. Highly recommended
Hello it was a strange experience with having my car insurance with Hastings then being handed over to enterprise cars who with Steer work. What felt like hand in hand to get you through the whole process and I can't fault anything my car was dueley pick up and all work was completed with in the set time I was contacted to come and pick up the car and I also was able to drop of enterprise rental car which saved me the time having to returning the rental car back to the branch. Overall first class team @Sheer

Picked my Honda Civic up yesterday after it hadome rear end damage. Can't fault their quality of work. They do a fantastic job and you're car is returned fully valeted to a high standard. Looks like it just left the show room!
My car was unfortunately hit outside my house by unknown third party. It was damaged between the back door and back wheel. For this I used Steer group based at Fazeley Tamworth. The mend was completed within 5 days, and to a very high standard. The Ladies in the reception were very friendly and helpful. It was mentioned by my car valet that it was an excellent mend and you could not tell that it had been done at all. I very highly recommend Steer Group for all with damage. and would 100% use again.
Recently had my car repaired here and i must say the colour match was done really well. After hearing from various people that it was a hard one to match i was apprehensive upon collection. Turns out there was no need though as it looked perfect. The whole process from start to finish, including the courtesy car, was smooth and i was updated regularly via both steer and my insurance company. All in all a good experience using them for my car body repair and i wouldnt hesitate to go there again
