Very impressed with the help I received here. I was unhappy with the report I received at the dealership service of my car so took it to Kwikfit Tamworth. They quickly identified and corrected the problem. I drove out confident in the work completed by Kwikfit.
Ryan went above and beyond me when I had a flat tyre. Not only offering to come and help me but promptly booking me in for a replacement tyre and a MOT the next day. Super happy with the customer service.

Booked in here on Friday the 16th for 2 tyres and the free 4 wheel tracking check. Ended up needing 3 tyres so had that done. Great. They set my car up for the tracking, to then tell me they couldn't do the rear of my car as it needed a specialist tool from bmw. Lie. Paid to have the fronts tracked any way and off I went. Booked in to another garage who said they could do the rear tracking on my car ( none bmw garage ) they set it up to track and came out with the print out to show me the fronts where still out. Not a happy fella. what ever it cost me to have fronts tracked at kick fit was wasted money. Other garage charged me £72 and job done.
I ordered the tyres on line two days prior to going for fitting, on arrival the car was taken in and the tyres fitted without any problems. I had paid using Bumper to spread the cost and it all worked without any issues. Excellent service.
The MOT was done quickly, there was a problem with the rear tire. After I ordered for Monday, everything was changed in record time, and I am very satisfied with the service provided
Very good tyre fitter. We ordered our tyres and fitting appointment online which was very easy. The garage was ready for us when we arrived and fitted the tyres quickly and with care. There is a waiting area if you wish to wait on site.
Huge thank you to Craig for sorting out an appointment to change tyres on a busy Saturday. Craig and Josh went above and beyond to ensure that the car was legal and roadworthy. This resulted in them both staying late. I can’t fault them and I really appreciate the time and effort xxx
I recently booked my car in for a rattling sound on offside rear tyre. I was concerned whether I should be driving it. I was booked in for next day and the team dealt with the issue in 10 minutes !. The team were brilliant, understanding my fears and very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend and will use their services again.
