Had my MOT here on 6th September, where my vehicle needed a new tyre. Paid £139 for a tyre fitted. Today, I had to have it replaced as it was completely bald! Just over 3 months and 1,600 mile....bald! Absolute joke of a company!
Would just like to send a huge thank you to everyone. I work in care in the community. I got a huge puncture at the start of my tea run today, they saved my backside! Got me straight in and repaired the puncture and I was back on the road in under 40 minutes and able to go on caring for all my clients tonight. All the staff were wonderful and lovely. 10/10 can’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you again guys! You are the best!
Shane and Ant are so helpful. They kept me well informed. The work done ended up being more expensive and a longer time but they phoned me a couple of times as they got more information and kept me fully informed.
Two alloys have been damaged in the process of fitting my four tyres. I have made the centre manager aware and he has assured me he will address this and get the alloys in question repaired. No invoice for my repair was supplied just my keys handed over?
Fabulous customer service both times I have used this garage. Excellent in-depth explanation, and always super helpful without feeling like they’re charging you for services you don’t need. Definitely recommend!
As a women I always find going to garages very daunting. I visited this kwik fit recently and I was instantly at ease. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning
I was having lots of flat battery situations so I needed a new one as I had Hospital appointments. I was assured if I could get my car in they would fit one straight away. Which they promptly did.
I've been going here for years. Always been pleased with the service. More than ever this time. Not only did they manage to repair my tyre with a nail in it but they did the job free - compliments of the season!
If I could give 6 stars I would! Fantastic service, so friendly, made a very stressful morning (blow out on the M42) a lot more bearable, including solving a lost locking wheel nut problem. Would highly recommend, they are the absolute model of what excellent customer care looks like.
