   Cameron and all the staff were so helpful and polite. I took my girlfriends car in for key fob issues and they sorted it within an hour, they also explained the exact issue and how I could prevent it in the future could not recommend them more. 5 stars

A similar problem 2 years earlier,again was handled by Tamworth Auto Electrics.    I'm writing this review because the team did not come back to me following on from a concern I'd raised using their online form. My wife attended your site for an airbag part replacement last week. The last was fitted on time. However when she left your business the car started suffering with stalls, the ABS light came on (which it hadn't before) and went into limp mode and stopped on several occasions on the way home. This caused backed up traffic, stress and embarrassment. My wife called the team to inform them of what was going on, all within 5 minutes of her leaving and paying the £500 bill only to be told that "nothing to do with us, just a coincidence" thus leaving my wife high and dry. Understandably upset, she took it to the another garage local to our home whereby we discovered that in fact the steering wheel had been aligned incorrectly when replaced by TAA and that was the cause of the fault, a fact further backed up by your team calling her a couple of hours later to say that this was likely the fault and that she should go back to see them for a fix. By then, we'd fixed the issue. My concerns... Their failure to ensure that the car was road worthy upon leaving TAA Their total dismissal of a problem they'd caused out of hand. Either ignoring my online form or haven't read it. Happy to discuss with TAA assuming they read this review.
