    I had been advised by my old garage that I needed my cam belt changing at around 70k miles, but by the time I had reached that I had moved out of the area and didn't fancy going down to Bristol to get my cam belt replaced. Rich checked that the cam belt did indeed need replacing and explained to me what could potentially happen if I didn't get it done and it failed. He fixed the cam belt in a day, showed me the belt he'd removed, which had begun to wear, and even took me too and from work. I would definitely return to Rich at Auto Poole and he has subsequently serviced my car too. I have recommended him to several people and my mum is a fan too now. As a woman, I find it really hard to find mechanics I can trust, that are reliable, explain the work being done and aren't going to rip me off financially, but Rich does seem to tick all these boxes. I'm glad he's looking after my Clio.
