Had a windscreen replacement done here via my insurance company. Quick turnaround to book in, friendly staff, and a great job done. They even kindly bought my car back round to me at work as i couldn't get back to collect it, which was really appreciated. I paid for a windscreen replacement while still on the phone to National Windscreens booking the appointment. I used them as they were recommended by my insurance company but they couldn’t come until 3 days in. I found another windscreen company who could come the next day as I needed my car for travelling and phoned and cancelled the appointment. I was told the refund would take 3-5 working days. That was the 4th August. 18th August, 10 working days and 3 phone calls later still no refund! I have been told on 3 separate occasions that they will process the refund. I would not use National Windscreens again.
Whilest we await the actual replacement of our cracked BMW screen, here on holiday in France, we want to commend your associate Yaiza, who dealt with pour call today. She is a fantastic asset to your company...patient, friendly, helpful and intelligent. She has made a stressful situation into one that is manageable, less fraught, and best of all, can be fixed here rather than drive another 1000 miles with the damage. She's great!

National windscreens are an efficient, professional and affordable company who I would highly recommended to those looking for a windscreen replacement or repair. I called national windscreens to see when they could replace the cracked windscreen on my vehicle, and within 24 hours, the windscreen had been replaced. Furthermore, National Windscreens replaced my windscreen at 40% of the price I was quoted by another well known windscreen repair company (you know which one). So if you're looking to replace a windscreen, but would rather pay over Two and half times more, then go elsewhere, otherwise, use National Windscreens, your wallet and insurance company will thank you for it!!
Booked replacement by phone, screen delivered in 24 hours and efficiently and effectively installed including calibration of my BMW Connected Drive camera. Friendly staff though waiting facilities could be a little more customer friendly. Good all round.
