   Called requesting a quote for works to be done was told to give registration number so he could price up materials & labour and they would get back to me the same day. Had to phone up two days later and was told it was in hand and they would call me back, still no call and it’s been a week have now got someone more reliable than car tech. Poor customer care would definitely not use this garage

   Called to book service and MOT, a guy who later identified himself as ****(I will keep name private) told me to take my car to Small Heath, without even listening. I thought this branch had been closed but called again only for him to say it's because 'he's received many similar calls from taxi drivers' and thought I was another. Very rude kept cutting the line and sounded threatening saying 'come and see me' I wouldn't have such guy repair my car. I have used them before, recommended by a friend but this guy chased me.

   Been taking cars here for years , had Total trust in this garage . Took my daughters car for mot , passed , no issues apart from tyre which we had changed whilst at the garage. Within 250 miles the wheel fell off. Could of killed my daughter. Won't be using you again also charged us another 210 to fix, whilst telling me there was rust but not mentioned on mot .. ????
