I took a car to CW Services. They carried out a diagnostic test. Henry, the excellent young mechanic sent me a video clip that explained the issues with the car. I thought this was a very clever idea, that gave me instant reassurance that they were doing what they said they would do to fix the car. I wish other garages would do this. Archie, Henry and a couple of other mechanics worked for the afternoon to sort out a couple of oil leaks, replaced the spark plugs and put a brand new ignition coil in the car.They also reattached the internal passenger door panel that had come loose. We were delighted because it was all completed in a single afternoon. As my wife needs the car for her job she was very happy to be mobile once again. Henry used a jet wash to clean under the bonnet. They even topped up the window washing fluid for us. All the mechanics at CW services were friendly, helpful and polite at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending this garage to you. Outstanding Service and Genuine Care – Highly Recommend I recently took my BMW 2 Series to CW for an issue with the indicator, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, Leon was exceptional. He handled everything swiftly, kept in regular contact, and clearly explained each step of the process, especially when dealing with the warranty company. It made a potentially stressful situation feel much more manageable. Leon also took the initiative to liaise directly with the garage I originally purchased the car from, coordinating the repairs and keeping everyone informed. Both Leon and John showed a genuine level of care that’s rare to find in the motor trade. Too often, you’re left chasing updates, but not here — they were proactive, responsive, and really made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another job. Even when I was late collecting my vehicle on two occasions, the team were understanding and stayed late to ensure I could pick up my keys and get back on the road. That kind of flexibility and customer-first approach truly sets them apart. Beyond just the repairs, the team were friendly, approachable, and always happy to have a chat about cars or just general conversation — a really welcoming atmosphere. Despite living over 25 miles away, I’ll gladly make the 50-mile round trip again for future MOTs and servicing, because the level of service and care here is absolutely worth it. I was recommended CW by my dad, he was pleased with work they carried out on his car. Booked my car in for multiple jobs. They collected my car and dropped it back to me on time. Very helpful and friendly guys. I am happy with how quickly and efficiently they carried out the work. I will definitely recommend to others and will use again.
Really good garage with friendly staff. Available to book online though bookmygarage. They sent me a video of the underneath of my car and pointed out work that needed doing. You can then pick and choose the work to do through a website which also shows the prices of the jobs as well. They also have many awards posted on the wall from reputable companies such as RAC and AA certified
AVOID!!! At all costs do not attend this garage with your car. They had my car for 6 weeks and did nothing with it. They had lied about being in contact with my warranty and told me they had to strip the engine upon request of the warranty company, however after contacting the warranty agency they kindly informed me that the garage had not been in contact at all and that they was unaware they had my car. The garage instead of owning up to lying about contacting the warranty told me I don’t know what I’m on about, denied saying they had contacted the warranty and that they “know what they are doing” I was shouted at down the phone and when I requested to know what work they had done to the car so far they said nothing. after being mistreated I went to collect my vehicle which had been left on the side of the road, unlocked with a dead battery and a flat tire. I will never recommend this garage!! Avoid!!
Proceeded to service the car after MOT fail. Courtesy call would of been nice to ask if I wanted it servicing considering it needed extra work to go through the MOT but they don’t care as long as they get your money! Loads of extra ‘advisories’ that they advise you to pay for even though it’s not an official advisory on the MOT certificate.
Well where do I start. I am absolutely amazed at the quality of service I received from CW vehicle services. After being sold a vehicle that was completely unfit for purpose they went above and beyond to try and fix the damage to my vehicle. I would like to thank Archie and Steve for their kindness and hard work. 100% recommend. This garage will be my go to for the foreseeable future!
