The guy was rude, was acting like I came over to disturb him. I ordered some tyres from Asda and I will make sure for the future to not fit or do anything through this garage.

Took my volvo c30 in for repairs today and all I can say is i had a fantastic experience. In a time that’s not very good of having to get your car repaired especially as I bought it a few weeks ago they were so friendly helpful and told me how great my car was. Gave me loads of free advice and not only this I asked for my car to be done and do everything that needed doing. They took me underneath the car and showed me and I asked for more they said we won’t take your money when it doesn’t need it doing immediately. Highly recommend this is my new garage.
Cannot rate TJMonkeez highly enough, nice people to deal with providing excellent speedy service and at a great price, all of our cars will go to this garage in future, so lucky to have found them close by. They have provided me with lots of advice and information too, going the extra mile above and beyond expectations. Recent repair completed on two vehicles and then found them so good returned for services too!

Rubbish they charge £50 for any inspection,poor service and not very friendly .They lie will spend two hours about the car including cleaning etc but take only 20 min which is irritating because they increase costs for customer like taxi etc . Please be careful where you leave your car .
Recently purchased a 2003 mini that developed intermittent power steering issues, T J Monkeez diagnosed quickly as requiring a replacement pump and fitted this morning within a couple of hours. This garage is well recommended not only on price but also the care and attention to detail that is given to customers. We will not take our mini anywhere else now that we have been lucky enough to find T J Monkeez.
A great team, really happy with the work they've done so far. I had a full service and fluids change on my '06 Volvo XC90, and they even checked all the codes on the ECU at the same time. Their price was excellent for the amount of work they did, and they were open and honest with great communication. I will definitely be using their services again (tomorrow actually, for exhaust repairs and replacement!).
