Met Ryan for the first time really friendly and honest chap. Gave me the best advice which I took on will be using the garage a lot more from now on. Has a lot of knowledge on Jaguars & helps other garages with car issues too, so well pleased! Dal (Delboy).
Had my jaguar xf booked in for a electrical fault, the guys checked the car a day earlier than they told me (bonus) found and rectified the fault very quicky and at a more than fair price, i highly recommend them for honesty and passion in there work.. hard to find nowadays will be definately using again cheers from Damon
Used R&R for the first time today, very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I had originally asked Ryan to replace the battery on my XF, he called me to say he very much doubted it was the battery, needless to say he was correct, the fault was actually an ABS sensor. Faulty parts left in the boot for me to inspect - always a good sign I believe. Thanks Ryan, will definitely be using you for all future requirements.
Excellent service from R&R in replacing the timing chain on my F-Pace. Price was very competitive compared to any dealer. Also worth noting they have access to the online Jaguar service portal, to update service histories - which very few independent garages have. I’d definitely recommend them for services and repairs.
I went to collect my Jaguar Fpace today and I cannot say how impressed I was, the place. The staff and their expertise.. thank you for everything and I hope I can use you again one day

DO NOT USE THEM I paid more than £400 to have my Jaguar coolant reservoir fixed as there was oil leaking into the system. They claimed that my gasket has blown off without even testing it and tried to charge me £2000 to strip the engine to ‘check the gasket’. I ended up taking the car to a local mechanic and all that needed replacing was an oil cooler and to flush the system a few times with radiator flush. The ‘mechanic’ Ryan is very unprofessional and charges high prices without fixing the problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Reg was great from the minute I spoke to him had excellent knowledge, polite and willing. I'm in the trade aswell and would recommend any day!
Excellent 5 Gold Star service all round. They replaced my faulty door lock and module with a very reasonable invoice at the end of it! I cant praise them highly enough. I highly recommend them to every Jaguar owner!
