The problem with my car was misdiagnosed, and I was quoted for unnecessary work. Not everyone is stupid or made of money. Very disappointing service and I won’t be returning
First time taking my car using the vertu mot and service plan. Was made aware that they can't use my steering lock when when it's parked up due to company policy but as I were waiting to be picked up. They to periodic vehicle checks which gave me piece of mind.
Recently had my MOT and service done at Garretts Green Ford what a fantastic experience from start to finish, I would highly recommend. Brilliant place to go, believe me you will not be disappointed a 5 star service.
I brought my car to this dealership yesterday for a full service and was extremely disappointed with the experience. On both of my previous visits, I received a detailed video update about the condition of my car, along with a complimentary car wash—neither of which were provided this time, without any explanation. What’s even more unacceptable is that I found greasy fingerprints and oil stains on the gear shifter and steering wheel. This shows a clear lack of care and respect for the customer’s vehicle. As a loyal, returning customer, I expect a consistent level of professionalism. This visit felt careless and rushed, and completely fell short of the standards I had previously come to associate with this dealership. It's frustrating and unacceptable that basic service practices were ignored. I hope management takes this seriously, because I’m now questioning whether I can trust this place again in the future.
Recently had my MOT here. Absolutely 1st class service from booking to completion. Everyone so helpful and everything explained to me in detail. Was even sent a video outlining everything I needed to know. Would highly recommend going here.

I’ve been to many MOT places but first time ever have I had such great service. Not only did they do my MOT but they changed my break discs the same day to ensure my work van passed its MOT so I can use it to get to work. BTW I felt embarrassed giving a dirty van in for an MOT and I received it with a complimentary wash too. I highly advise to use Bristol street garretts green over any Ford garage for all Ford vehicles. Highly recommend and very pleased. (Also the lady at the reception was extremely kind - sorry I forgot her name) much appreciated! :)
Wicked service from these guys, just had a health check and a winter pack with top up fluid done. Great to say that these guys were very helpful and knew what they were doing. down to earth and friendly customer service, You don't see that often in a work place. Merry Christmas
Took my Focus there today to have a fault diagnosed with the front camera. They were able to easily diagnose the problem and carried out a free health check on my car also. Furthermore they filmed a video of the health check and sent it over to me which i've never seen done before therefore impressing me. I previously took my car to Halfords who cried that my car was too low to get onto their ramps due my side splitters. Bristol Street Motors Ford Garretts Green had no problem getting in on their ramps making Halfords look like a bunch of amateurs. Thank you!
