Good experience. James was extremely helpful, providing answers to many questions I had prior to making the trip to see the vehicle in Birmingham. The price was competitive and car well presented (as advertised). Have had the car for 3 weeks now and everything is working as it should.
EDIT: DO NOT BUY YOUR CARS HERE!!! Biggest scammers they do temp fix on cars sell it and promise to sort it out. Months later they keep making excuses. All the black trims on the rover were temporarily sprayed black. I took it to the car wash the second day and you could see alllll the damage. And they tried blaming me. Even though you could see it in the videos they sent. Honestly to all people out there trust me theres a reason Birmingham is avoided when buy cars all dodgey money greedy people. Als fraudulent MOT’s car passed without issues but when i took to a different garage in London and got it checked A LOT OF THINGS failed. Had to replace whole engine dpf and nox sensors from my own pocket the week after of purchase….

Absolutely avoid this place!! Bought a Audi Q7 around a month ago, noticed a noise from the power steering pump with no fluid in the reservoir (which was later down to a major leak, and I mean major… somehow passed MOT though with fluid all underneath the car and clearly visible), the company said “no problem, get it fixed and we will reimburse you” great, sounds good so far! Around a week later, the vehicle develops an oil pressure fault, where I now can’t drive it and left without a car. I tried contacting multiple times with no response…. Contacted the finance company who start dealing with it… all of a sudden, I get a phone call, yup, get it sorted and we will reimburse you or we can fix it and provide you with a courtesy car. So yeah, couldn’t find anywhere that would look at it until mid January so asked for them to look at it in house…. No response yet again. Finally get a mobile tech look at it, sort the oil pressure fault and power steering leak, invoice has been sent to them and now they’re not paying it, which I’ll now have to pay and chase them up for money…. Typical! Tyres were bald on the inside (still somehow passed MOT) and tracking was heavily out, battery was knackered and struggling to start. Unfortunately 1* is the lowest I can give…. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS GARAGE!!!
Seen a Audi A4 online. Bought it and collected within a few hours. Got a good price on part exchange. Purchased a warranty aswell . Great service from Adam and the team. Will recommend this company to my friends and family.
Buying the car was fine. At point of sale you’re forced to leave a positive 5 star review (hence all of them on here) after owning the car it has been into a garage for major works every month costing us well more than the car itself. I would never buy from these again and also the AA do not endorse this garage even thought they advertise them. Stay away if you want a genuine car.
Avoid at all costs & after just reading previous review I have encountered the same experience. The car I purchased was also put through an illegal MOT, there was a 3 inch crack in the windscreen, a huge chunk out of one of the tyres and the other 3 should have had advisories on. Two of the tyres I was told would be replaced before delivery which was written on my order and this was not done. Within 24 hours I had 5 warning lights come on the car. Again I have been constantly ignored, no responses to emails or phone calls. I have now been waiting over a week for the money I have spent on the car to be refunded with constant excuses. I was put under pressure when the car was delivered if I gave them a good review I would get 12 months free AA recovery, I'm glad I refused until I was happy with the car. This is obviously how they get the positive reviews through bribery, I wonder what the AA would think about this tactic? I will be reporting to Trading Standards along with Autospot who conducted the MOT.
Just bought a Ford Focus with them. Really a great price and friendly customer service during the sale. I am sure to come back when I am on the market again. Thanks Adam for the great support in finding me a perfect car.
