⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant service from the MOT test centre! Took my Volvo S40 T5 in last year and they spotted some play in the ball joint during the test. They sourced the parts straight away, had them fitted the same day, and got it retested and passed without any hassle. Top workmanship, honest team, and a really smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

After breaking down en route from Portsmouth to Liverpool on a Saturday afternoon, our car was taken to RAK's. At every stage of the repair process Rak kept in touch, sourced parts and provided advice. As this was a challenging time, because we were negotiating repairs from Liverpool and trying to return to Portsmouth around our original time line, I was so grateful for the care and attention we received. The repairs, which were quite extensive ( wheel bearings, hub and ABS system) were completed on time and we were able to return to Portsmouth as planned. I thoroughly recommend RAK to anyone wanting that personal touch.
Very pleasant guy . Friendly staff had a prblm fixed it there and then ; didn't say come back later. Told me exactly what is was no messing in and out in 30 min. Good price . Been to many garages before won't be going anywhere else. Thanks guy see
