With our less than week old car being accidentally pranged, the lady who did it sorted out LK Auto Refinishing in Marston Green, Birmingham. From the off, Luke was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and made a full assessment of the damage that needed to be repaired. He confirmed times and was always on time. He was realistic on the time he needed the car and again was spot on. The car was returned today and Luke has done a first rate job making it look brand new again. Luke was an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one. He went above and beyond to fix a door that wouldn’t lock and a window that wouldn’t close. It was a horrible job that two other people had tried to fix and failed and left me in a bit of a mess with it. Luke promised he would do his best to sort it and now it’s as good as new. The repair job he did to fix a dent and scratches is unbelievable. You would never know there had been a repair. He exceeded all of my expectations tenfold. Communication was excellent, always keeping me informed and turning up when he said he would. I have nothing but absolute praise for him and wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again. I was recommended LK by the local community after I accidentally got to close with a power washer and blew some clear coat off my front bumper of my MK6 golf. After meeting Luke to show him the damage he quickly reassure me it can be fixed no problem and given a quote I was happy with. I left the car in Luke’s care and after only a few hours at his unit the results are fantastic and shortly after I contacted him again for more work on my girlfriends car. There aren't many places we'd drive 180 miles to have work done on our car, but we wouldn't trust anyone else to do a better job. Luke is amazing at what he does, he's very skilled and knows what he's doing. He has an eye for fine detail and is very reasonably priced. He is efficient and hard working, and we wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you for an amazing job Luke, money and miles well spent.
I scratched my car and had been really upset about it. I called Luke on a Friday, and everything was sorted in 2 days. Luke was very polite and helpful, explaining me what works need to be done. A very good price and the work was done at excellent standards. The car looks amazing and the work is guaranteed for one year.
