Absolutely disgusting staff! Went to enquire about an issue with my car, The bloke in a turban and blue overalls spoke to me very rudely and with an attitude. Avoid. I would put no stars if I could.

My car was towed to this garage after having a blow out on the motorway, the mechanic Sam gave it a good look over for any other damage as I was convinced there would be further damage done underneath. I definitely would recommend this garage. Debbie

As it’s the new year forgot my mot was due , rang up Ritz garage on recommendation from a friend got an appointment next day. Also asked if they did servicing , they do so had a service done at the same time. Well I feel like im driving a new car don’t know what they’ve done but will be returning for the next service and any other issues that may crop up. Well done Ritz garage from a very satisfied new customer. Yes it also passed the MOT.
Highly recommended, my VW Touran dual mass flywheel had collapsed and had broke my gearbox housing. They sought me a new gearbox, fitted it all and it runs like a dream, Cheers Sam/Ran

Sam and Randeep helped me recently with my car. Awesome service. Very honest and upfront regarding costs and what is required. Assisted with replacing the brake pads and discs and fixing the handbrake. 100% will be coming back in the future. Brilliant service
Had the gearbox replaced on my Ford ranger as it only drove in two gears !! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable And job was done on day it was booked in ,even though they had to replace a mounting bracket as well and that part only turned up at 2 o’clock on the afternoon, now drives great an no knocking noises !! A great job done and at a great price as I’d had other quotes much higher Thanks to all and will recommend this garage to my friends and family
