I had a great experience at Auto Test Centre! The staff were friendly, professional, and really helpful throughout the process. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and I felt confident in the reliability of their service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy and well-run testing centre!
Got my car booked in for a compression test and they managed to find the problem and explained in detail what’s causing it. So very good customer service and they didn’t charge me for anything which was very nice of them
Begrudgingly given 1 star Never in a month of Sundays would I recommend this garage to my worst enemy I have always believed in supporting small business which is why I have given this little back street garage the benefit of the doubt a couple of times now, I have even steered several people towards the garage. Following my latest most unpleasant experience with both the arrogant, loud & rude owner of the garage who obviously lacks polite customer communication skills plus staff members who don’t seem to communicate with each other on what vehicle is booked in & what it is booked in for, each denying with shrugs of their shoulders that they took the call or even cared about it for that matter. Enough is Enough now, I am utterly disgusted with everything that has gone on there and feel so daft that I had given them several chances. Those same people that I have steered towards taking their vehicle to this small garage have now been updated on my bad experiences with this place, their failings in commitment to bookings, lack of communication skills between staff members. The unbelievably shocking unprofessional attitude from the Owner who showed he lacked in basic customer services, manners & respect I shall leave this review.

The lads went out of their way to source a part for my 20 year old Nissan Micra. Great service at great price. Back on the road within 24 hours of first calling them. Thank you all.
