I had a problem with both my tyre and an appointment, which initially bookings meant I couldn't achieve, staff went well out of their way to get my tyre replaced and I managed to keep the appointment which was for a friend of mine who's mental health is not good so keeping the appointment and the timings was critical. Still managed to do a very professional all round service
I had a really great experience here! My tire got badly punctured and it would not inflate with my own machine or the petrol station one, so I realised this must be an issue with the tyre. Luckily there was a Kwik Fit only 2 minutes from my location so I brought it in with my badly punctured tire and they fixed it right away! The whole process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. My car was up and running in no time. This is an excellent place for any car repairs. Hands down the most quick service as well. The staff were very kind and helpful too. I highly recommend their service!
I visited Kwit Fit today for 4-wheel tracking. I spoke to Connor at reception; he was very friendly and also helpful in answering all my questions and queries. I did not have any appointments; however, Connor found a slot for me on the spot, and I did not have to wait long. He also kept me well informed throughout the tracking process. Saad did the actual tracking and answered all my questions about which tyres needed to be corrected and tracked. Both Saad and Connor were extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend anyone to visit Kwit Fit Sheldon branch. I'm really happy the service I received and highly satisfied.
Fantastic service as always unlike the service you get at Halfords. Kwik fit are definitely second to none. On this occasion it was the Sheldon branch, thanks to all the guys for their consistent help with my first car and a bit shout out to Steve the centre manager for always going above and beyond

Great service. I was extremely happy with the member of staff who changed tires on my car and did wheel alignment. Which I knew was slightly out. I drove on motorway straight after and was done perfectly. Other staff I spoke to were very friendly and made my experience of visiting the branch great. Only took around an hour. Apologies for length of time taken were unnecessary but appreciated. With how busy they were. Will recommend Sheldon branch to anyone.
Easy to get on with everyone was on point start to finish. Car went in for an MOT. Was done within 2 hours, perfect for me, got a phone call when it was ready to collect. Easy transaction. Very good price too. And my car came back with no scratches..
