Not only were the staff incredibly welcoming and accommodating, but they also went above and beyond to help me out. They managed to order two front coil springs for my car on the spot and fitted them within a surprisingly short time frame. Their efficiency and professionalism genuinely impressed me, and I’m so pleased I found this place. Thanks to their quick work and great customer service, I was back on the road the same evening.    I’ve had an amazing experience with BR Car Care Centre over the past couple of days! Yesterday, I came in with a punctured tyre, and they fixed it incredibly quickly—no hassle at all. The team was efficient, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. I was so impressed that I came back today to get new brake pads installed, and once again, the service was top-notch. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about doing a great job. It’s not easy to find a garage you can fully trust, but BR Car Care Centre has definitely earned my confidence.    As a woman driver - sometimes it’s easy to feel hard done by.. told this and that to buy this and that - not with this wonderful family business. Two brothers and their father have shown me utmost courtesy and even pumped the tyre up for me a few times until we could figure out a more permanent solution. Also the forecourt in spacious and easy to pull up into with a few parking spaces too. Very thoughtful, helpful and brilliant prices !

   I recently booked my car in for an oil service. There was a little wait before my car was taken in but I like to see busy garages and see it as a good sign. The man on the desk was polite. Helpful and explained in detail what would be happening to my car. We were also offered lunch which my son enjoyed a chicken burger fries and drink. They were cheaper than what another garage charged me and my car is running better. I’m very pleased with this service provider and would recommend them to others

   Really friendly and honest people to deal with …. Was well worth the 40 min drive was informed clearly of all the work that needed doing and went over and above to get my car back on the road in time for me to go on holiday… once you find a service centre like this you will always go back … I certainly will …. Looked after my Golf like it was one of there own !

   For some reason they like to quote you double the price than any other garage. Quoted me £80 for air-con regas of my Merc but was £40 from almost everywhere else. They did the same thing previously when I asked them for car polishing. In the end got it done from Climate Controllers in Small heath for £40. .
