Fantastic service always with a smile & chat. I drop my car off at Sams house he sorts it out due to distance from his workshop saves me a journey. If in area of Aldridge I pop in always happy to help quick reliable prompt service excellent rates. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic service , did an MOT on my ford cmax. Passed with advisories, gave me great feedback and found an oil leak other garages have struggled to find . Will be back to get the repairs done soon , thanks guys
This is my second time using Sam’s autos. First time for an exhaust repair and this time for an MOT. The MOT failed on a few minor items. Sam’s autos quoted for the repairs, itemised the costs for each part and the labour required to fit or repair. They repaired the car within two hours. Having worked on cars myself for many years, I have a fairly good idea of how much parts cost and how long repairs take. Both times Sam’s autos have been extremely good value for money and their service has been fast and reliable with no fuss! I will be using again in the future and I highly recommend!
I couldn’t recommend Sam’s Autos highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. I brought my car in for a full service and MOT, and they not only completed everything on time, but also took the time to explain what was done in simple, honest terms without any pressure. They replaced my brake pads and fitted new tyres, all at a fair price. They also spotted a potential issue with the braking system that another garage had completely missed, and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a garage you can truly trust, but this place is now my go-to. Thanks again to the whole team at Sam’s Autos for going above and beyond, especially the owner!
My car was due an MOT as well as requiring a few repairs to the fuel filler cap & rear wiper blade I was struggling to find availability. The staff had accommodated me and slotted me the next day due to the urgency as I needed to get to work. His customer service was immaculate and he had broken down what needed fixing. I was surprised at how friendly and positive the atmosphere was the to previous garages that I had tended to. I highly recommend Sams and will definitely be passing on to friends and family. Have to say I was impressed with these guys. First time using them for an MOT and they did not let me down. Fitted me in next day, I left the car with them whilst I visited Aldridge, the car was ready for collection 4 hours later.
I'd just like to say a massive thankyou to sams autos for always getting me in last minute and doing there best to fix my car... ive used sams autos for years and I can't recommend the guys enough for a friendly fast service.
I booked my car in for an MOT based on the reviews of the garage. I wish I hadn't have bothered. My car was booked for 9Am, i left them with my keys and visited family whilst waiting. They said they would call when it was ready. After 1 hour 45 minutes I telephoned the garage as I hadn't received a call yet, to be told that they were running behind as the mechanic had been stuck in traffic. Fair enough, another hour passed by and I went down to the garage to see if it was nearly ready to collect, to find my car still in the same place I left it. So after 3 hours my MOT still hadn't been started. I decided to take my car back and booked somewhere else. Complete morning wasted. I've given a 1 star rating as that's the lowest available. Definitely wouldn't use this garage again.
Highly recommend! After trying several garages Sams auto services went above and beyond to help me out for the next day. Darryl was polite and courteous and they even stayed open late enabling me to return and complete my MOT once i'd sourced a tyre. Excellent service all round!
Sorry appreciate some good reviews however not that we found. Had my car in fforrepair and my husband reckons been smoothed over with a brickies trowel. Still dented and paint job oversprayed. Not even bothered to spray under wheel arch. Car filthy covered in filler and poishing dust all inside car and in window seals. Our regular mechanic said worst paint job his ever seen cant believe we took it and paid for it. Didnt realise how bad toll we cleaned it off. Wont be using them again
