Aside from Ford's online booking system getting it wrong, excellent service from Ford for my car's 18,000 mile service with engine and brake flush, car feels so much better, was welcomed to wait in the reception and drink lots of coffee!
Quoted me a time to do the upgrade and stuck to it, that's all I'm interested in. Very professional office service cannot say about the technicians as could not see but the car was better

Take my car here and 9 times out of 10 they do a good job. Courtesy car wasn't the best but you can't have everything
Terrible service again. Dropped van off for a service at 8 am and told i would get a call in the afternoon. Finally got a call to say it was ready at 17.15 and told they close at 17.30. Had to wait until the following morning. More annoying was that they had the wrong details down for my vehicle. I then received a video about some One elses vehicle. Surely a data protection issue. Atleast they didn't break my reverse camera this time. I'll check my dash cam later, could be interesting viewing.
5 star service, very pleasant and friendly staff, car service and MOT done to great standard, and to top it all my car came out cleaner than it went in as it was washed and vacuumed as part of the service, even given a coffee while I waited for the keys thank you Julie.
Brilliant! Ladies at reception were helpful and communicative. Expected to leave car for day..................THEN lady with pink bobble hat (sorry should have asked your name) saved the day and I was on my way! What service! Thank you.
