I had a very professional experience with Accident Express. Communication was first class with constant updates during my vehicles repair and the repair was also perfect. Having the repair guarantee was a plus. Would recommend this company. Phobe was outstanding with her customer care skills.
Had a complicated repair to my tailgate and bumper. The repair is so good I can't even tell where it was. They came in at a third the price of others as they repaired rather than replaced. They did repairs that others said were not possible. The customer service was excellent and I was kept up to date the whole way through. They even stored my vehicle securely until I got back from holiday to collect. Cant recommend enough.

From a estimate being completed almost immediately, to being offered a super quick booking date, regular updates throughout the process, and a fast return of my car, it was seamless from start to finish. Absolutely brilliant. Made claim through insurance. Car was repaired and brought back within 2 weeks like the accident never happened. Courtesy car was brilliant. From start to finish the team at Accident express kept me informed. I had weekly updates as I had to wait for a part. The courtesy car I was provided with was great. Laura from the team even dropped it off to me. I really appreciated this. I even got to keep the courtesy car a few days after my own car was returned to me. My car needed its MOT. This is a car body shop. Have contracts with AA many other insurers I have to send the pictures of damage for assessment and the waiting time for car collection was 12 weeks. After collection it is upto 10 working days The job was ver clean and talented to showroom condition. The delivered the car and looked brand new. Laura was amazing
