We've been using this garage for years, for all our cars. Always polite and professional and proactive in what needs doing. Also very competitively priced. We've never been charged for initial assessment.
I have used Carl over a few years now with car servicing, MOT'S and most importantly if my cars have something that needs fixing. Most importantly Carl is always proactive and communicates if he sees any additional issues before continuing the work required. He works very hard and tends to work over and above to satisfy the cistomer. His knowledge of car mechanics is excellent and concerning his prices they are very competitive to other small garages and way below the dealerships. Carl is honest and trustworthy why wouldn't choose his service.

Overpriced - charged so much for having a look. Went to another garage who didn’t charge anything for looking. Problem was sorted quickly with reasonable price - this one Midland charged just for having a look. It was definitely this company on Highfield Rd opposite the train station in a small garage as you enter the drive. I still have the invoice & lol you created a drama over how long it took you to look at the issue. I was shocked myself. The garage as you go in & not the other one around the drive. You didn’t do any work & charged for having a look - that’s exactly what you did and you charged me a ridiculous amount for inspection. I definitely have the right place - to say you don’t remember when you charged me to have a look is outrageous - would you like me to show you the receipt. I paid by credit card & have the card transaction. You sure did charge for having a look. You even told me your mum does admin and takes calls.
Would definitely use again! Nice garage is slightly hidden away but that wasn't an issue! The owner was really great! Rang up first asking if he could help me with a lighting issue, wasn't expecting to get the issue fixed there and then but the owner went above and beyond! Thank you
