   Took my car to these guys but went from a good experience to a very bad one. Dpf & egr removal with remap stage 1. Dpf and egr completed successfully (great). After a long 6 hours wait without any updates at all they finally came to tell me car was all done but after the remap my car is now in limp mode. Tried sending me away with a issue that there map had created and still told me i had a 500 pound bill.. after a long discussion, The map was removed and then was informed there were issues with the car AFTER the work had been carried out. If you guys read this then i will inform you that another person has applied a stage 1 remap with NO issues at all.

   MTC are the GOAT, they sorted out my VW crafter with a remap (stage 1) plus supported mods. Excellent service, very fast turnaround, van feels superb. I will be bringing my other vehicles here for sure and recommend them highly.

   Took my Golf GTD to be stage 1 tuned, DSG tuned, and EGR delete. Picked up my car and it drove terribly. I was told to go away and check the timing. Timing checked plus various other things. All fine. Ended up booking in with Performance torque!! They said the map was bad!! Causing nothing before 3k rpm and everything after. Waste of £450. Would never go anywhere near there again.

   I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! These guys are so knowledgeable, they care about your car, the customer service is excellent, facilities are great with a very modern waiting area where you can charge your phone and just relax. But the best thing is the team, they wont let you down. I serviced my car here last week, and I will be back for sure.

   My Mazda 2 developed a rattling sound on the way home from work, which turned out to be a loose middle section exhaust shield. I dropped in to MTC as it was on my way on the off chance, and after waiting 30-45 minutes for a ramp to become free, they quickly resolved the issue. The professionalism and friendliness, along with the cleanliness of the workshop, office and waiting room were spot on. I did offer to pay, even with it being a quick job, as time is money, but they still refused, which is not common place in today's society. Thanks again MTC for your help today! James.

   Dropped my car Peugeot off yesterday for DPf removal and ecu stage 1 remap. Honestly couldn’t expect anything better. Customer service was at its highest standard. Looked after me and was done within couple of hours. Car drives much more better than before. Thanks midlands tuning centre.

   Phoned these guys and they had said i could come down, so i got there an they went straight to business with checking the car out and giving me advice.. i am disabled and like the gentlemen that they are they guided me to the seating area and opened doors for me.. i must have bent thier ears a million times lol and they had the patience of a saint.. anyway thought i had an exhaust problem turned out just needed a custom remap.. They turned my car into an ANIMAL hunting n chasing prey, the car is operating smoothly yet viciously.. The whole team are good with u but the ones who helped me the most is RYAN and JACK they are the best and very knowledgable they know thier field.. a massive thank you to them.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED people to go to if you want your car stuff sorting.

   Best performance/tuning garage around hands down. Garage itself is the best looking garage I’ve seen. Service was 10/10, they’ve deleted my resonator off of my car and have remapped my dads previously, not a bad word to say about these guys. Don’t hesitate to book in for whatever services you require!

   For anyone interested in a remap, please consider going elsewhere. Brought my car in a few months ago for a stage 1 remap. A car that went in with 240bhp and should of left with 310-320ish. Upon leaving the garage, I felt no change in power, I messaged and was told to replace my ignition coils. I did so, a little more responsive but no where near the power it should of been making. I saved up some money and took the car to a different more high quality tuning company to be dyno tested and stage 1 mapped (properly) and found the car still had the stock map on it! As much as this could of been a honest mistake, I can’t warrant paying £249 for basically nothing and then have the company ignore me when I ask for a refund. Why it wasn’t double checked considering it’s somebody’s car that they’re working with, I’ll never know. For what seemed a high class tuning company at the time, I’m very disappointed.
