Great pub. Pool table is a great addition. Not a lager drinker myself so not much option for a beer lover. Had a good evening here though.
Great new addition to Elland town center. Friendly and helpful service from the start. Wonderful bar with plenty of features and good selection of beers, wines and spirits. Will definitely be returning soon!
Was taken here for father's Day. Food was beyond amazing, every mouthful was delicious. Price was also great, staff really helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks
Went on Wednesday for the Steak and wine offer. Fantastic service, steak cooked beautifully and the wine was spot on. Great value for 2 steaks and a bottle of wine.
We went for Sunday lunch thinking how can a hanging kebab style meal match normal Sunday offering. Well what a surprise. The starters were well presented. The "traditional "prawn cocktail was infused with smoked salmon giving a distinct twist to the dish. The sticky pork belly cubes were both crunchy and soft and a delight to taste . The main course of hanging beef fillets on a skewer accompanied by pigs in blankets and stuffing ball hanging over a plate size Yorkshire pudding filled with fresh veg and roast potatoes in gravy was at first looking like a challenge. But once you have filled your plate to your liking each part of the meal was all you could wish for. Succulent and tasty beef. Crisp and fresh veg. Hard and soft roasties. Gravy from meat stock and a Yorkshire pud of the highest standard. The staff were courteous and attentive without being intrusive and although the music was a little loud it did not spoil the event at all . 2 things you need to know. 1 we rarely go back but this one is on our list to go back to. 2 we have paid a lot more for a lot less walking away disappointed.
I don’t often write reviews, but Me and my Wife went for some food last night. Last minute decision, wasn’t sure how good it would be. We ordered the steak board. It was really nice! The manager was brilliant. We left just before things started to get noisy! Would recommend
Fabulous steak, but triple cooked chips and the lack of them?? The roasted vine tomato’s were boring could have done with a fried egg an maybe some other veg, too dry as a complete meal.yes you could order a sauce but that should be part of the meal an not an extra,some friends had the hanging kebab which looked totally anemic an quite plain as a main meal not sure if I would go back

Nice bar well decorated could do with a bigger cider choice and not as busy as the other bars. Good music although a bit loud considering not many people in at the time.
