   My son bought a car feom cazoo and we decided to collect rather than have it delivered, and we were so glad we did, firstly the staff were outstanding in every way and I mean all staff everyone we came into contact with was superb. The whole experience was fantastic you really felt special as you should when buying a new car. The car was prepared beautifully and even covered so he had to uncover it himself and there was a gift bag left for him all these little touches were just so much more than we expected. I really hope the managers read this and understand what a great team of people they have working for them. Thank you to all who made our new car day special.... Sadly I find myself having to update my review, As said above we were very pleased by the staff here, but sadly less than three months later after having an issue with the car and reporting it immediately nothing has been sorted and it is getting increasingly hard to get any kind of response from cazoo customer care. Promises that were made when buying the car have been completely disregarded and not upheld. I have never come across such bad aftercare from a company and would not recommend cazoo solely on this basis.

   Perfect, did an online valuation (just over 5k, fine) and went in, Aman (so sorry not sure on spelling) greeted us despite us being half hour early. We said we were happy to wait till our time but he just got us sorted, sat in a nice, clean, professional looking space he offered us a drink etc as they have a nice coffee station. Then we come to the valuation, he went outside, after previous experience with a well known car purchaser reducing their valuation drastically I was really stressed as i wasnt going to accept lower and we had druven to birmingham). He came back, all good, we just had to sign and boom money was in my account and we left. Fantastic experience. Thank you for making it less stressful regardless of the actual valuation/purchase.
