Great work from the team at HRS. They have sorted out my 30yr old MX5. Great prices.Plenty of phone calls explaining what work was to be done. They even gave me photos if the work I couldn't see under the car. I will return!
Absolutely amazing Garage, was referred to H.R.S via a friend 2 years ago after being messed about with many other garages, excellent service, has to be the most honest garage i have ever came accross in 18 years. Staff are all very honest and friendly and do a fantastic job each time.
I would highly recommend this place. Phone them on Thursday last week to get MOT and they’ve managed to get my a place for the next day. Unfortunately the MOT did not pass but they’ve managed to get it all fixed for me in no time and I was able to get my car the next day (Saturday). I will definitely be using them again. Couldn’t of asked for a better service.
Unprofessional, they did brakes 2 weeks before, and all i ask was a very small discount on price and i hope it’s usual thing in any place and we never agreed on any price before as well. Later, i took appointment for an other job and they give me a slot as well for today(31/01/23) and they call me inside and ask me to put a high deposit for a very simple job (my bonnet was not opening), which i disagree, and then they started to be very rude and try to humiliate me in-front of their own customers, and now i believe they give me slot intentionally to take avenge on me.
