   I recently took my car to this garage after my entire entertainment system stopped working — including the Bluetooth, alarm, and electric locking system. I was really worried it would be a complicated and expensive fix, but from the moment I arrived, Kiren, in particular, went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted. He took the time to explain what was wrong in simple terms and kept me updated throughout the process. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done right rather than just rushing through it. Within a short time, my car’s system was working perfectly again — Bluetooth connected smoothly, the alarm was functioning properly, and the locks were back to normal. What stood out most was the level of service and friendliness from Kiren. It’s rare these days to find a garage that combines skill, transparency, and genuine customer care. The whole experience was stress-free and reasonably priced too. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back in the future and will definitely recommend Kiren and the garage to anyone needing reliable, professional car repairs. Highly recommended!

   Honestly the best about went in today with a problem in my car play the main mechanic he’s from Kenya was honestly the best polite and very skillful fixed my problem in 5 mins and charged me a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them the whole bunch 10/10

   Prompted by the good reviews and also advice from my main garage, I visited Goodwins to sort out my lighting issue. Kiran was brilliant. He immediately understood the problem and explained it clearly without being patronising. With the main problem sorted, he worked out how to deal with the remaining issue. I have an old model auto - he is really interested in cars. Another customer needed to have his car sorted before a long journey and I heard the team working out how to do this - they really want to do the best for every customer as far as I can see. If you are looking for an honest and practical auto-engineering business this is it.

   Excellent job carried out by Kieran of hard wiring my dash cam after Halfords failed and said they couldnt do it because of no power going to OBD port, which is not a recommended way to install it. Also Kieran checked the port and low and behold it did have power but it wouldn't have been any good because two power supplies are required. Kieran did a great job of hiding the wire through the loom and although Halfords said it would take a couple of hours, kieran completed the job in just over an hour. It cost just £100 which is a decent price for a professional job. Kieran was very polite and helpful. I'd recommend 'Goodwins Auto' to anyone who needs anything of a electrical nature carried out on their car. As for Halfords I would tell people avoid it like the plague ! It might be ok for bikes but definitely not cars. Thanks again Kieran nice meeting you today and top job !

   I visited Goodwins to have a new system fitted to my Mercedes. A complex and time consuming job! Both guys were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The job was done properly, good care taken and everything worked perfectly when they had finished. If you need any work like this done in Birmingham I strongly recommend using this place as the prices are far cheaper than the likes of Bass Bin etc. A professional job and excellent customer service which is nice. Very pleased.
