   When company takes advantage of the elderley especially women others most be made aware .My mother had a brand new clutch fitted less than 12 months ago which cost £350 . she does not do more than 3000miles per year. For the last 3 months the clutch has been slipping to the point last month she had to call the AA. When she had the original fitted on 19th June 2018 it was the AA who took her to this garage so when she spoke to them she was informed a clutch should be warrantied for a least 12 months and should be changed FOC .When AA took her back to garage was told would they would investigate and if it was wear and tear woulg be charge for a new one again for the same.cost .I advised her to remove from this garage as they just wanted more money for the same job. I then contacted a friend who had a cousin with a garage and took it there myself. When he took clutch out it was made of the cheapest material possible with not even a name on it this probably explains why it did'nt last even a year and I don't know any pension aged racers who can burn a clutch out so quickly bearing in mind the original clutch was in car for 12 years after she purchased. it. She has now had now one fittex elsewhere a branded one and for less than your price .Just remember the reputation of a company is down to individuals and whoever this individual was let your company
