   The worst mechanic I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to many over the years. Every time I’ve taken my car to him have had to come back as the job wasn’t done properly or they broke something or done something which I didn’t ask for. Then when trying to reason with them they are dishonest and try to charge you labour for fixing their own mistakes. Seriously avoid this place like the plague. If I could give 0 or minus starts I would but Google doesn’t allow. This is my experience with the main guy who wears glasses the two Iranian workers are okay, not interacted with them much but have been respectful and good generally. I’ve had to go to and from the mechanic almost every single day this week starting from Tuesday. Literally had to go back Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (yesterday) and today Saturday I’ve gone back to ask them to fix that which they broke when working on the suspension but they were refusing to do so unless I paid for labour so have had to leave with an unfixed car though I already paid for parts and labour. Had the same issue with my previous car when I took it to them for suspension work. I had to keep going back as they hadn’t done the job properly and the car was making noises. They can’t seem to do the job right first time round. I’ve gotten 5 Ubers this week due to having to go during my work break to drop the car and they have got the audacity to charge for the labour of fixing their own mistakes. I am now having to go to another mechanic so they can fix that which I Fix Auto has broken and pay more money when they should’ve just done the job right first time round. I know you (the owner) will read this and I will not forgive you until the day of judgment until you rectify your mistakes on my car as you should without charging me. One thing which I found crazy was when I tried to reason with him on why he didn’t do that which we agreed upon over the phone and he replied with to the effect of, “how do you know we agreed upon that do you have a recording of the call to prove it?” Very unserious and dishonest, and I leave my affair to the creator. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل I have scribbled out the Ubers that mentioned my work place for private reasons.

   Came here for an electrical issue on my car with a battery replacement and sensor replacement needed doing. Ikram did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and sorting out the problems as well. Friendly and professional, I’d gladly come back again.

   I came in with issues of my own with my car and they managed to resolve the issues within a few hours. The mechanic was quick, efficient and told me it would be done by a certain time, however he managed to fix my car earlier than expected. Great service, great customer service, will DEFINITELY be coming back here again☺️☺️☺️
