This guy was amazing even though I didn’t spend any money with him. I was stranded in Birmingham after attending a conference 4 hours from home and the car breaking down. He spoke to me by Google messenger and WhatsApp to try and diagnose the problem and helped advise me how to deal with AA, even though it meant not using his garage because they’re not registered with AA. He was answering messages and calls from me in the later evening to help and I feel bad I couldn’t pay him for it but if I was local, I’d definitely use him.
Amazing service After being quoted over £1500 from bmw to fix a mid firing issue with my engine, these guys solved the issue within 24 hours @ less than half the price ! I was kept up to date along every step. Couldn’t ask for more Simply amazing, my only go to garage from now on Thanks VIP !

He was friendly, honest and upfront, which was so refreshing to experience and really appreciated how informative he was, explaining the issues I was having and giving me tips on how to best look after those issues. Having a car is maintenance in itself so when things do unfortunately go wrong you want a service that you can trust and the guys here have gone Above and Beyond to ensure i could get back on the road without worrying. Ty came out to see me on New Year's Day for a check engine light diagnostic. He went above and beyond trying to solve the issue as quickly as possible. He ended up replacing my crankshaft sensor and changing my battery for a really reasonable price. Highly recommend.
