“I went in to the Erdington store due to me having a broken windscreen wiper I was having problems with using the website to book an appointment . I was welcomed by Jordan. I explained my problem to Jordan, who then assessed the damage and he measured the wiper. He didn’t have it in stock, but he went on the phone made a phone call and he ordered it for the same day, I was then booked in to go back in later in the afternoon due to personal problems. I was unable to make my appointment and I called Jordan explaining that and he was more than happy to accommodate me coming in on Monday.
