The judder got worse to the point where I was concerned and the car had been sold. I rang Amo at Netherton Automotive Services Limited and informed him about the problem, I was asked to drive over to his garage so he could look more closely at the car. By the time I pulled up on the garage forecourt two warning lights had appeared, one an engine icon and the other was EPC orange warning light. Amo came over to the car plugged his machine/computer into the car, diagnosing the issue, he informed me there was a problem with the ignition coils. Immediately he got onto his mobile phone and ordered two new ignition coils, around an hour later they arrived and fitted into my car by Amo. I did a test drive and the car was back to its normal working order. I was extremely impressed with the speed and service I received as I was seen immediately helped and my car put right. If I had called Seat Dealership or VW Dealership I would have been given an appointment weeks in advance. My car had been repaired and working correctly, allowing me to go ahead with the sale of the car on the same day. So I would definitely recommend this Garage for support with your car.”
