Failed my Mercedes because of the lights and calls himself a Mercedes specialist and over charged me £50 , he also didn’t know how to use the car. He tried talking to me about safety but his workshop doesn’t even have any emergency lights or proper security systems in place, he told me to go to Mercedes and Mercedes told me nothing wrong with the lights and passed the car and charged me £30. Rip off merchant. Very arrogant and unprofessional.

Poor service and rip off prices. Specifically asked them to call/text me the price for my repair job before starting any work as I wanted to say yes or no first to ensure I was happy with the cost. Didn’t call me and just decided for me to do the work and then charge me an explicit amount. Held my car to ransom so I had no choice but to pay as I need my car for work. Will not be using again - STAY AWAY!!!
