Proper 'local' pub with friendly staff. Some events on - music jams, quizzes, dominoes. Has sports TVs in each room, pool table, dart board and gambling machine. Recently refurbished in fresh-but-traditional pub style.
Friendly atmosphere don't live in Silsden but come to a boat and enjoyed the singer and guitarist Billy Mitchel on Sunday afternoon
It was a very quiet evening in January but even so, there was a good vibe about the place. Well worth a visit.

Small pub, older folk, always had a nice pint and can't knock it at all. Just feel more needs to be done outside for beer garden or side of pub overlooking the stream running past. Be nice to sit there watching the water.
My favourite pub in the area bar none. Good selection of beers and a nice lively traditional pub atmosphere. We desperately need to keep pubs like this!! Don’t change!
Since moving to Silsden from Otley earlier this month the Kings Arms has become one of my favourite pubs in Yorkshire. Warm, friendly, great ales ... No background music or TV. A great team behind the bar... Just everything a pub should be.
