Incredibly rude. Wouldn't pay them a penny to do any work on my car. If they are incapable of speaking with an ounce of respect, then what makes you think they will work on your car respectfully and properly
I have used this garage twice for work on my BMW 320D and i am very happy with the service I received. They changed a valve cover gasket, and were the cheapest of the 3 quotes I got for the work. They also diagnosed a problem with the car not revving properly/reduced power. The RAC had previously misdiagnosed the fault but RJS quickly identified the real problem (exhaust pressure sensor and a blocked pipe). The repair was done quickly and the car is running spot on. I can easily recommend RJS if you're after honest and skilled mechanics to repair your BMW at sensible prices.
I booked my bmw for a full service, when I made the booking I was told it would include the brake fluid- on the day he said he didn't have time, and it would cost an extra £65! Despite leaving the car there at 9am, he didn't even start the service till the afternoon which left me without a car for the whole day unnecessarily. Once the service was done, they parked the car half a mile down the grotty little road. The attitude of the staff is so poor, I dont know how anyone gave them a good review..maybe a freebie helped! I would avoid if you want a decent, honest garage.
Very knowledgeable on BMW, trusted and reliable, straight to the point, no hidden charges, etc, like most garages.. fantastic service by Paul, Manny, and Sean.. The manager Rav absolute gem took time to explain the entire process on my BMW. The glue within this garage is Mr Kash a Happy chap is always going above and beyond he is the parts procurement manager.
I took my car to this garage after it was recommended to me. I had spoken to Paul prior to taking my car in and he had assured me that my car would be looked after. I was met by Paul (friendly and polite) who took time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my car which left me feeling reassured that he would treat my car as his own. My car was repaired within a week and the whole journey from start to finish was smooth and professional. I recommend this garage to anyone that needs work done to their BMW as the service is A1 and these guys are true to their word when they say their prices are the best. Thank you Paul.

Great service providers, RSJ are a Genuine BMW repair centre, Paul and Ravi are brother's who go out of there way to accommodate there customers, I would recommend there Repair centre and give them a five star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I was looking for a bmw specialist and when calling a few places up they recommended RSJ motors. So I went down and from the get go I received great service. They explained they will do diagnostic ok the car as I had a few lights on my dashboard. Once they found what ut was they explained to me what the issue was and how much it would cost to repair it they even went above and beyond by repairing 2 more things and not charging me for it. When I went to collect the car he gave me a little lesson about bmw so that I could understand how it works. I really appreciated that. Very good people and fair prices too. Paul is a top guy. Will be back one day
Fantastic knowledge and a lifetime of experience on working with BMW’s. I was referred onto Paul by my local garage who couldn’t carry out the work needed.
