    My surgeon, Mr Tsitsias, and his team were exceptional—highly professional, skilled, and genuinely caring throughout my treatment. The 4th Floor A9 ward, however, was very noisy during the day, and some staff nurses came across as rude and not particularly caring. That said, I would like to specifically commend Ruqiya, Helen, Annabel, and Harriett, who were outstanding. They were consistently kind, attentive, and helpful, and truly made a positive difference to my experience. Five stars for them.

    My Aunt again was admitted to Kerr Ward for 10 days for complications and bleeding. Once again, all the Team provided excellent care and service for quick recovery of their Patient. Tax payers money is well spent on NHS Workers & Patients.

    I give two stars one for the excellent nurses and the other one for excellent Doctors. However, the CLINIC IS ALWAYS ON THE COOL/ COLD SIDE whenever the weather is very cold outside!! Whoever is responsible for this need to get their act Together!! THIS IS DONE DELIBERATELY AS FAR AS I’M CONCERNED!! You don’t need rocket science to figure this out.

    My first time at HH (today 2/10/25) & I can in fairness say that it was a very pleasant experience. Went to Physio on 3rd floor (D zone) and was seen on time, the service was great and the highlight was my therapist, she was amazing in every way! Shame I couldn’t remember her name (might be Annabelle); thank you darling. Went onto translating for my friend afterwards, she had a blood sample taken (N zone); again straightforward with no issues, then she saw her lady consultant who was very professional & helpful. She was then sent to X-ray, there again a gentleman at the reception took her name and she was taken-in in minutes. The cleanliness; the wards visited were spotless, the WCs need some looking at. All in all, it was a pleasant experience for both of us. @HH management; keep up the good work.

    Was on a visit. Noting the cqc rating, the hospital appeared clean and well kept and staff helpful and friendly. Visited the chapel, through small is a welcoming oasis of peace and quiet. Includes nice simplist stations of the Cross, icons and stain glass windows. Worth spending time here.

    Tatiana, the best phlembotomist in London for people with very difficult veins! She gets it the first time, every time. I am eager to travel to be her patient. However, I would prefer to stay here. Simply the best!

    I had a few appointments here. Every time I was told my appointment was 10-30 minutes earlier than it’s actually set up for. And when you’re arrive you’re then told that you need to give it 10-15 to consider the delay. This is unacceptable. What is the point of telling people that their appointment are earlier than they actually are? I turn up 10 minutes earlier not to be late just to find out that I have another 30 minutes of waiting. This is a total disrespect for peoples’ time. I have a job, i had to make arrangements to be here, I cannot be sitting in a waiting room wasting my time for 30 minutes!

    Whilst my mother has already passed away, she received such great care from the Haematology/cancer department here. Although she was terminally ill, we looked forward to our appointments here solely due to the fact that the nurses, phlebotomists and doctors were simply nice.

    I go here often to see Dr. Varnava for my heart condition. She is very knowledgeable and has helped a lot with my rare condition. If unfortunately you have problems this is one of the best hospitals in the world. Also the hospital is clean and the nurses are super nice. One million stars ⭐️
