“I can't thank Dr Olivia enough. After struggling to conceive for a couple of years with a low AMH (4.3), I tried acupuncture to see if it would finally be the answer to our desires. The initial consultation was very thorough and Olivia is very knowledgeable. In fact, she helped me to understand my fertility more than previous NHS doctors and consultants. She suggested my short menstrual cycle (24 days) could be the reason for our troubles and so we worked to reset my body and extend my cycle and give the lining of my uterus time to thicken so that an egg could stick. Olivia managed my expectations and said this could take months but felt confident that we could make my cycle longer. To our amazement, after a week of acupuncture, Olivia managed to lengthen my cycle by 3 days which in turn allowed an egg to finally stick. We tested positive and I continued with acupuncture for the first 6 weeks. This year, we gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl and I am so thankful to Olivia to her help. She is such a lovely human, very supportive and spoke to me almost daily during my treatment. I recently brought my daughter to meet Olivia which was such a beautiful full circle moment. “The Best Urologist- A true godsend, and a credit to his profession, Dr. Imad- El Mohtar. I cannot recommend Dr. Imad highly enough. Personal experience two weeks back: Got some medical condition that needed a urologist and can fairly say I was lucky to reach out to him at Northway clinic. He immediately adviced me and took action and treated me there. He thouroughly explained me the condition, side effects etc. What truly sets him apart is his patience and willingness to answer every single question. Not only this he checked upon me over email and adviced on the test results. He never rushes during consultations and gives you his full, undivided attention, making you feel heard and cared for. If you are looking for a brilliant urologist , look no further. I highly recommend him to anyone. Or you can msg me to speak of his credentials. Further, the reception department at Northway clinix is unmatched too. The staff tries their best effort to book appointment and even reschedule. Generally in many clinics in London I found reception person rude but here all people are so caring and really think of the partient's best time utilization. Fair ro say, clinic does not charge exorbitant prices at all. It's way too less than private clinics at Harley street, and some businesses in Canary wharf. The kind of treatment you can get is much higher than the money you will spent in the clinic. Trust me.”

“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local. “Asalaamualaykum all, I attended the cupping clinic today for my first ever hijama session. I was greeted by the receptionist & Mustaqeem one of the hijama specialist who welcomed me and explained the steps of the process. I was nervous but the brother put me at ease and comfort. During the actual hijama he informed me of what he was going to do next and I was able to ask questions. The clinic also included free complimemtary fire cupping into my package. All in all alhamdulillah a great experience, I would like to say thank you to the clinic staff very professional and courteous.
