“I always think the A&E at Chelsea & Westminster is great, especially compared with some others. We previously went to an A&E outside of London and it seemed like chaos - unorganised & so many people waiting around. Whereas at Chelsea, it feels calm, spacious and organised. You are seen relatively quickly by triage (probably within the first 30 mins of arriving) and then after that I just waited an hour before being seen by a doctor - he was very knowledgeable, professional, reassuring, kind and calm. Thank you!”

“Was on a visit. Noting the cqc rating, the hospital appeared clean and well kept and staff helpful and friendly. Visited the chapel, through small is a welcoming oasis of peace and quiet. Includes nice simplist stations of the Cross, icons and stain glass windows. Worth spending time here.”

“I went here for 9 sessions at the end of 2023. I found the whole team to be friendly, professional and flexible. As I am chronically ill, I struggled to get to them, despite them giving me lifts (for free) to the local train station. I had to cancel once late notice and was allowed to rearrange. A few times I was late, and I was always treated kindly. My ears are typically slow to equalise and often hurts when I go on planes, but they had a few techniques that helped, and I was able to ask them to slow down, as it's a one-to-one service. Thank you for all your help!”

“Such a fantastic hospital! I went in with a sprained ankle and was in and out within 3 hours. I was seen by Mrs Mallari who was an absolutely wonderful doctor, she was so kind, warm and knowledgeable. She took me seriously and was so thorough with diagnosis and treatment going forward. Everything and more I could have asked for, she really made the experience the best it could have been! Only negative was the receptionist was miserable!”
