   I went to the garage and was told my break disk pads needed replacing and told the owner my engine was making funny sounds when driving. I was quoted £130 (including labour and ordering the pads). As I was in desperate need of my car and had no knowledge of this being expensive I paid the amount, which the owner took advantage of my ignorance to make extra money. I Left my car and was told to come back 2 hours later. Came back, was not even worked on. I asked the owner why wasn't the car worked on he said they were busy with other customers car.sp I had to wait another 2 hours. After 4 hours waiting I asked him, please could you check engine is fine, as I was having issues the engine, he told me yes everything is seems fine. The next day, I was driving smoke was coming from my car. Called him up, he said to be honest you're engine is done and told me drop my car outside his garage and will look at it the morning . Dropped the car outside his garage and walked home. I came in the next morning, he told me I'm busy will look at your car tomorrow as he's busy. He wasted my time and could've told me this over the phone, instead of me wasting my time coming down being told he's too busy to work on my car that day. Don't go to cherrywood Autos if you want to be ripped off and have you're time wasted.

   I’ve had absolute nightmares with mechanics in the past, but Cherrywood Autos is completely different. The guy is honest, straightforward, and won’t scam you. He actually tells you what’s wrong with your car instead of making up problems to charge you more. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but this place is one of them. Highly recommend if you want someone who knows what they’re doing and won’t mess you around.
