   We had a meal here, 20/12/25 with the meal we had gravy. The gravy smelt of vinegar and tasted like vinegar, but didn't think much about it until we got home and googled why gravy smelt of vinegar and tasted of vinegar. This is due to it being off and should never have been served to the customers. There is now a good chance that we will be very ill - food poisoning as we now have stomach problems. Anyone going here for a meal watch out - smell the gravy if it smells of vinegar or tastes of vinegar DO NOT eat the food as you may well become ill.

   Been here a few times recently and each time is just as lovely as the rest. Louise has been there every time we’ve ate there, and she’s absolutely lovely. Russ and Mark always make the best food. Would recommend here to everyone.

   We thought we'd come here for a nice, quick lunch. It was nice but certainly wasn't quick as the food took over 40 minutes to arrive since there was only one person serving food. Was nice but wouldn't come again.

   Celebrated my son’s 1st birthday with family and friends for a meal and we forgot the candle for his cake, staff were so friendly and found us not just a birthday candle but a number 1 candle. Couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful and the food was delicious

   Enjoyed a great mother's day meal today I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was gorgeous staff so helpful and polite will be returning again soon with friends. My son enjoyed the child's chicken wings and dessert platter as well as having the play area outside! .

   What can I say. Tonight this pub was really understaffed for whatever reason. But, we have had the best night. Even though the staff were run ragged, they continued to be upbeat, fun and a pleasure to see. Full of apologies which was absolutely fine. The service was still really good and the food was all lovely. We will definitely be coming back.

   We had a great time. The food was served timely and warm. It was delicious, great portion sizes and the staff were incredibly accomodating. Dale was a very attentive and helpful server, able to answer all our questions honestly and accurately. Gab, who took our order was able to help us find ways to meet the dietary health restrictions we have, without sacrificing the experience of a night out. Overall it was an excellent way to for a Canadian to spend Thanksgiving in the UK.
