I was admitted at Bramshow for medical investigations and had to go for an emergency surgery. I had the most merciful and caring people around me in the ward, I wish I can remember the names. All of the medical staff that were taking care of me throughout the pain and the hard time, I am beyond grateful to you! The only thing I struggled with was the quality of meals we as patients were provided with, I think it needs to be nutritionally balanced to support patients health and recovery. Other than that, the people and the overall experience was exceptional!

We had a wonderful experience at the Princess Anne Hospital Private Ultrasound Service. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, welcoming and the team of senior sonographers were highly professional, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. The environment was peaceful, spacious, and even allowed room for guests, which made the experience feel even more special. We appreciated the clear explanations during the scan and the detailed diagnostic report we received afterward. The printed images and digital copies were such a lovely touch and perfect for sharing with family. Onsite parking was easy, and the complimentary ticket was a bonus. Overall, the service was efficient, friendly, and truly patient-centred. We highly recommend this outstanding local team for anyone seeking a reassuring and professional private scan.

I went for a private growth scan at Princess Anne and was thoroughly impressed by the whole service from being greeted at reception to the actual scan itself. Everyone was happy and friendly, the room was warm with calm sensory lighting and the lady doing the scan was thorough and detailed at every point explaining everything to me as she went along. I’ve had private scans at other places before however this one they didn’t rush anything and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a private scan. 10/10 service!

My first birth experience was very positive here last week! My birth sadly didn’t go as planned, as i needed an induction and eventually needed a c section. The Doctors, nurses and staff who carried out my surgery were very calm and overall lovely people to speak with. The atmosphere was very chilled in the operating room, this helped me massively as i was terrified of needing a c section. My son had a high infection marker after birth, as he had become distressed and had also done a poo after my waters were broken. The nursery doctors were great at starting him on antibiotics to begin fighting it early and kept me updated with test results. I would like to give a massive shoutout to every single midwife that assisted me on the transitional care / nursery ward. All of them were so so helpful and gentle with me and my little boy. We were also given a quiet room for a few days before we went home too, so my partner could stay overnight. We massively appreciate the accommodation, how we were treated and the overall service! Thank you all x

Today I took a daughter in law for a scan and check up since she's pregnant. At the reception we showed the referral papers from the Emergency department of the General hospital to a young man named Joseph. I asked him if we needed to go the level down since remembered that on the ground floor there was a unit for early pregnancy but he insisted that the process has been changed so we ended up waiting for a half an hour to find out that he was wrong. An indifference of the staff is unbelievable!

I gave birth at Princess Anne in October 2021 and they were incredible. My obstetrician, Dr Connor was so knowledgeable, attentive and caring that I felt right at home through the entire surgery. I could not have asked for a more capable and skilled surgeon. Thank you Dr Connor for everything you did to ensure I had the birth I needed and for ensuring the best possible start to my sons life! I hope I am blessed enough to have you as my obstetrician again. I have to say a big thank you to Robyn Y. for all her support as my midwife and in the hospital. I would not have survived without her. I had some serious mental health issues and she listened attentively, was a great source of comfort and sorted out everything to ensure my mental health was taken as seriously as my physical. Thank you Robyn for making this experience a happy one! I am counting on you for baby two. I also must give credit to the amazing birthing and post natal wards. They were so attentive and caring. I had some issues with pain management post birth and they were right on it with support and checking in. A massive thank you to Becky R. and Kerry W. for all your support and care. I am so grateful to have had you both helping me through that time and would like to request you for my next birth please! The breast feeding support was attentive and timely. Every member of the team was very reassuring (which all first time parents need!) and keen to ensure I was getting all the support I needed. This included mental health support, which they took extremely seriously and for which I could not be more grateful. I have to say a big thank you to Rachel W. for her help during pregnancy, at the hospital and postnatally with my mental health and well being. I would not have made it through without your kind and supportive words and guidance - thank you Rachel!

Breast imaging unit is brilliant - staff are so caring, patient and flexible, all procedures done in just one clinic appointment and no pain during or following my biopsy, I don't believe private health care would be better or faster to deliver results.
