We went in a couple of Saturday nights ago in December, it was the first time we had been in for years and the placed was very busy , great atmosphere and a great drinks selection, we don't know if it was only busy because it was near-ish Christmas but we will definitely be trying it again soon to find out.
Beautiful little pub with a decent few ales on. Bar has a vinyl player which is pretty cool and the staff are very friendly.
Sitting in a beautifully presented wee spot just down the hill from all the hustle. Nice pint of reasonably priced bitter, good tunes and fab vibe. Look no further for a place to chill in the city.
Recently moved across the road from this cute little pub and it has great deals on and a really lovely landlord. The space is welcoming and has a traditional pub vibe and perfect to be with mates or on a date. It plays vinyls and records instead of a speaker which is funky and refreshing! Landlord said the kitchen is opening soon so will be looking forward to that! Very excited to have this as our new local :)
Been to the quiz for two weeks in a row. Good quiz, It did help we won the second week! Fingers crossed it finds its niche with a regular cohort of customers, I know I will be one.
Good old Sheffield pub. Great choice of beers. Called in after finishing work for Christmas. Shame no food was available.
Recently reopened very clean and very welcoming landlady great place to call into if your this end of town only a short walk from Kelham Island area if you fancy a change live entertainment at the weekend
Cozy and comfortable joint to get a beer and catch up with friends. The triangular front seating region that is elevated with windows on all sides offers a fun spot to drink. Really enjoyed the Titanic plum porter on cask.
Been here a few times on my way to and from Kelham island. I love sitting in the triangular corner watching the world go by. This is a CAMRA heritage pub serving a range of excellent real ales. I had their house bitter; three tuns. Well worth a visit.
Excellent pub. Good beer, wine selection. Pies are absolutely amazing. Had the steak and ale pie with chips. The pie was delicious with lots of meat and very flavoursome. Staff were all very friendly. The doors are open so lots of air and outside seating too
