We had a pre booked 13 person table for a Christmas lunch. Turned up and told food would be 30-40 mins. We said ok but did have to get back to work for meetings. Tried to order and most of food was unavailable even though we’d pre booked and it’s a week before Xmas. We were one of only food order tables in there so not busy with food. Took order (a pre cooked chicken strip wrap) and it took over 50 minutes to arrive after ordering(we checked bank transaction time). At the 50 min mark I asked the man working how long it was going to be (as we had meetings in 15 mins) and he was very rude and interrupted and said he said it was going to be 40 minutes so we need to wait. My food was ok but everyone else said it was awful. Never brought my friends food in time ( we were there 1.5 hours) . Would never go back and waste money in there There was a lovely woman working who was fab but she had 0 help! Apart from her, terrible service

We were warned there would be a 30 - 40 minute wait, which soon turned into an hour wait. Whilst that was not a problem, I ordered the Buddha bowl with chicken. The rice was plain and not zesty coriander and lime as advertised. The chicken was overcooked, hard to bite, and very crispy. They also had none of the sour cream (and did not tell me this until 15 mins after I got the meal). Whilst the server was very lovely and helpful the food was not the best. Food was cheap (£8 lunch deal). Whilst we did have a lot of people (12), we did call ahead a while in advance. Staff were lovely but clearly understaffed.

the poorest fish and chips I have ever had bar none left it in disgust £13.50! poor quality overcooked “Hand-battered fish” more Ross chip shop style frozen fish in concrete batter, cheap fries not chips, dirty table, glasses not cleared from previous drinkers, under employed staff would rather chat with each other than clean…

Booked a b brunch for 5 of us. We had been before so told our friends and family how good it was, what a mistake!! Absolute shambles of a set up there, why do bottomless brunch’s when its perfectly clear, you cannot accommodate them? We booked for 5:30, it was 5:55 before a waiter came over, apologised for keeping us waiting and took our first drinks order. Time passed and in the hour and fifteen minutes we had been there, we had received 2 drinks. 2 waitresses left at 6 and the waiter turned into Lord Lucan as we didn’t see him again! We didn’t order food as he said “I’ll be over in a minute to take your food order” but 25 mins passed and no sign. It was an utter embarrassment as we had travelled 25 miles to come to it. In the end we just got our coats and left. Absolute waste of time and spoiled our thoughts on the Graduate. Don’t think we will return in any hurry and if you are planning a brunch, there are far better ones in town where you actually get served!

Fantastic experience at bottomless brunch at The Graduate! Even with 6 of us, service was really quick. One of the party is a coeliac and there were plenty of gluten-free options available. The bottomless brunch menu is vast and you receive 2 hours. I would definitely return and definitely recommend!

Booked bottomless brunch for a Christmas get to together, Courtney was the absolute best, she was so attentive and made the experience one to remember. We was unfortunately running 15 minutes late due to traffic which we rang ahead of time to make staff aware and was dealt with really rudely by the manager. The amazing food and service definitely made the trip worth it!

Just had a lovely afternoon at The Graduate in Sheffield. Great pub and great location. We booked the bottomless brunch between 2pm and 4pm and it was excellent value for money. We had the basic brunch which had the choice of 3 different cocktails - all lovely - as well as gin options and cider/lager. We also were allowed to have some soft drinks. We went for the big breakfast which was filling and nice. Mollie and Ella looked after us brilliantly for the whole two hours, thank you. Been there a few times and it is becoming one of my favourite pubs in the city centre.

Nice and quick service. Prices are really good too! I enjoyed my first time here definitely. I wished my burger was warmer as it was everything cold.
